SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION FORM

This summer we have fun, educational field trips planned as well as hands on learning in the classroom. We will also have special visitors throughout the summer. We are excited that your child will be joining us. All campers will receive a TNG KIDS CLUB shirt, backpack, and water bottle for all field trips.  Additional shirts may be ordered at the cost of $6.00 each.

Please complete the information below to reserve a space for your child or children.
 
How to Register
  1. Complete this form (and new enrollment packets if new to our center).
  2. Send payment. Payment for first week of camp is due by May 15, 2010.  Activity fee also due by May 15, 2010.
  3. Make sure to order your TNG KIDS CLUB shirt. Shirts MUST be worn on all field trips.
