Parent Handbook and Forms

Certain forms are required as part of the Enrollment Packet for our Center.  Please click on the link to download the forms in a PDF format.  We have also included the Parent Handbook and our current Tuition rates in PDF format for you to read and possibly print out.

Please fill out the forms and bring them with you when enrolling your child at The Next Generation Child Development Center (TNG).

Any amendments and/ changes to our policies will be posted throughout the Center. Changes and/or amendments will be posted at least one week before going into effect.
